Alcat and IBS question; please reply

Hi all you IBS sufferers, I have a friend who has IBS and took an ALCAT test. She is type A. She also has looked at ER4YT. Of course all the avoids were wrong and no mention of the wheat thing or dairy in the alcat results. She is going with the Alcat, as that showed her to be allergic to Soy and chicken.
My question is, How well will she do with following the food sensitivities on the Alcat test? Will the IBS come back? Will the bowel heal? Just curious. Andrea A
