LOL..LOL!!! I like the bit "I think I'd be able to handle being a sex symbol again!" that's just how I feel. I have always felt really attractive and have had lots af attention from the opposite sex and I cannot handle the thought of becoming a pot bellied sex symbol! LOL>>LOL>>LOL!!!!!!!!! No, seriously: I know how demoralising it is when you think you're doing all the right things and then you put on weight. I will try the suggestion of eating the grains early on etc. You make a lot of sense. The only thing is that I am not usually very hungry (or awake:) earlier on in the head just doens't seem to feel clear. I must rather do chores and think things at 2 am!! that's why I was always being asked to do night shifts at the hospital! LOL. You take care!
