smoothie recipe

Since there was a second request, I thought I'd post my smoothie recipe here, I hope no one minds.
8 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 banana
8 frozen cherries
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon of liquid calcium
I sometimes get a whole fresh pineapple and add pieces of that. Instead
of frozen cherries I sometimes use frozen blueberries or raspberries. I
haven't tried frozen peaches yet but I bet that would be good too. I know some people add soy milk or protien powder. But I'm mainly trying to boost my fruit intake (and get my calcium also).
