Braggs is also soy, so it wouldn't work either. Are you familiar with ume plum vinegar? It has a nice salty taste, good on salads; haven't tried it on grains, but O's and B's don't have a lot of OK grains, anyway.

Best of luck, I sympathize with the problems, having a mixed O and A family myself.
