The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 10

I am happy to hear how well you are doing. I also contracted Hep C, I believe, when I was 17 and am now 44. Since you are a type A are you taking Milk Thistle for your liver? This herb is wonderful for type A's who have liver problems. I took it for 3 years, but it didn't help me, probably because I am a type O.
My enzymes do flucuated, but are usually just a little above normal. When I get exposed to any harsh chemical, such as, paint fumes, gasoline, nail polish, etc my liver enzymes will shoot up. I do not use harsh cleaning products in my home because of this and hate when people decide to expose me to them--they are everywhere.
I have just started to see a homeopathic again and I think she can really help me. I have refused any conventional treatment because I have seen people take a turn for the worse due to allopathic medicines. Most of all, without this diet I don't know where I would be. I am so glad you found this board and are starting to feel better on this diet. It is so refreshing to hear success stories about this way of life--keep posting.
