Hi, Elena.

Yes, it looks like soy is an Avoid for B; seems like it might actually be cancer aggravating for B's, rather than reducing.

I think an answer to your question about sources can be found in Susun Weed's Menopausal Years: The Wise Woman Way, pp. 43-9. (I don't want to just list the foods/herbs, because what she has to say on the subject is relevant, and too long to type in here.)
