Mung beans have them but they're on the Avoid list for Bs.
Soy beans have them but now it looks like soy beans may have changed their status vis-a-vis Bs as well. (TRUE OR FALSE?)
What's a female B to do if she wants/needs/believes in/benefits from phytoestrogen-rich foods?
Please enlighten -- it's an important issue!
