Hi sorry to sound ignorant but I'm confused about the status of soy and soy products for B's.
My family have been using a lot of tamari -we have 3 B's and 1 O - to stay off wheat and msg. It is unknown for B on the foodlists but am I right in thinking Tamari ( and soy sauce for that matter) and also miso are fermented soy products and therefore should be avoided. Are these products differented from tempeh and tofu?
Is the classification for soybean as Beneficial now incorrect (ie changed status) since your explanation includes soy not just fermented soy .
I appreciate very much Steve Shapiro's foodlists and acknowledge they may not be correct all the time so am not trying to discredit anybody.
If Dr D'Adamo is busy can someone please clarify for me . Sorry if this has already been clarified.
