No, he can't. A and B are equally dominant, that's what an AB is. An AB gets an A from one parent, and a B from the other. Next step is to test yourself again, or your son again. Maybe he's really an O! I remember testing myself in high school and thinking I was an A, but I turned out to be an O after all. If you just all do it again, the answer will probably appear.
