I have been told I am definitely long. Also was told that I would never
be able to bulk up even like some women that lift weights. I still lift
weights but not as often as I used to. I hit the weight room twice a week
for about an hour, full body. Used to alternate upper and lower body four
times a week. I think this would be interesting to find out how it
correlates with blood type. I have mostly seen short twitch women that are
O's.
