Vinegar for Os? Is just a LITTLE ok?

I know that vinegar is listed as an avoid for type Os, but is it on the list because of its "bad" lectins, or just because it can upset the acid balance in an O's stomach? I've never had digestive problems of any kind, and I LOVE vinegar (plus, it's so great to marinate meats in and have on salads), so does anyone know if it would totally screw up my diet if I added just a tiny amount?
