The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 9
Snoring, Lewis blood type, and maybe diet

I recently found out that I snore and am going to get a diagnosis on whether it
is sleep apnea type or not. The only reference I found which related snoring to blood type is linked below - it suggests that men (only men were in the study) who snore a lot are more likely to have the Lewis (a+b-) blood group. Snoring runs in families and my father was a snorer, so I am wondering about my Lewis blood group.
So far I haven't found any dietary clues and snoring, except that it is more common if one is obese which is surely an indirect dietary clue. Any comments?
