I know how you feel, SC. I have only worked out sporadically in the past two weeks. I lost my grandmother and am catching heck on my job, and sometimes a person simply isn't in the frame of mind to work out, even though Type O's deal with stress better by exercising.
Also my weight has plateaued. I don't think I have gained, but I have not lost anything. I have been receiving lots of compliments on my 40 pound weight loss, though. One co-worker jokingly asked me if I was on crack! I still need to get rid of the love handles however. And I have noticed increased muscle definition, thanks to the high protein diet Type O are supposed to eat. Hang in there, sister!!
