In Response To: Re: Goal Busters (Michelle)

Hello all- Well I just read Michelle's post and I have to say I am having this chocolate crave thing too. Man I hate that - and yes the other night I had hershey kisses for dinner and then desert to boot! I am walking 4 miles everyday and I actually can't stand the thought of not walking. It energizes me and I never thought I would say that.
I am in the process of changing big things in my life (among my eating habits) and have been reviewing the "world" outside my corporation for possible change in career. Its fun but scary and I'm on an emotional roller coaster too. SO, that explains the other night.
In any event - the walking helps relax me and this week my goal is to stay focused. I'm not going to beat myself up with going off track a little. I have to say that six weeks is the longest I've ever stuck to any way of eating soooo good for me. Moods / outlook is great and the past six weeks I have been healthly and feeling wonderful. I just wish I would lose numbers off the scale. Man, everyone says you look great - you are losing weight in you face!! In my face - not my goal (no what I mean!) DUH
anyway - I will continue - clothes are fitting much better and I just feel like my body is being "redesigned" the number just have forgot to adjust ....yet....
Thanks to all - there were also alot of interesting posts ...thanks
