Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a good week. I have done pretty good getting back into my routine after my trip last week. I ate mostly avoids and real lightly. I walked and did some lunges (that doesn't look like it's spelled right.) Anyway, tomorrow I want to try a Kickboxing Class. I have lost 2 more pound, so I feel great. My goal for next week is to continue to do the same and to increase the amount of exercise I do. Well, I'm kinda boring this week, but I look forward to reading all of your updates.
