Can wheat withdrawl exist?

I am new to ER4YT. I have been following the O diet for a few days now but I am getting headaches and sometimes a gross kind of feeling. I also have a really big craving for a big toast with peanut butter. Could this be withdrawl from not eating the things that have been a staple for so long in my life? Does such a detox exist? And has anyone ever experienced this?
Thanks Jennie
