I agree with Kathy 100%. I have been on the program for 8 months, but only five of those months strictly. Personally, I find that I basically need to stick to the Highly Beneficial foods eliminating all starches--even green beans which I never thought of as a starch. I can eat tomatoes a little, but nothing like tomatoe sauce. And one other thing molds seem to aggravate fibromyalgia for me. Hence, dried fruits can be a problem.
Otherwise, I feel I can declare that I am over with the attacks if I stick to this regime. And it is not a sacrifice to give these things up when you realize how much better you feel.
