stir frying & type B oils
Posted By: Jill Date: Friday, 2 April 1999, at 2:09 p.m.
It seems type B's are supposed to avoid peanut, corn, and sesame oil (also canola oil, even though a B recipie for granola uses canola oil). Stir frying, he suggests, is a great way to cook. Does anyone know how to stir fry without one of these oils with a high burn point?? Certainly not with olive or flaxseed! Are we supposed to cheat when stir frying? I don't get it!
All help appreciated! Thanks
