I have a bottle of MSM and it says to take it with meals and drink 8 oz of water with it. We are not supposed to drink liquids with meals as it dilutes our digestive juices. How can it be taken? This is a sulphur compound is it not? I remember the suphur drugs we used to take and it required a lot of water to keep it fron crystalizing in the kidneys.
Can it be taken between meals for good results? Hope someone out there knows how to handle this substance properly.
