In Response To: Type O/Ketosis (casey)

Hi, Casey. I don't understand the technicalities of ketosis, but I am a type O who has, rather loosely, followed the type O plan and lost about 35 lbs. so far. This is a systemic approach, every part of the plan for a blood type influences every other part. Our type O plan includes vigorous exercise (this is key for type O's) as well as high animal protein and greens, excludes starches and grains except in modest portions, and encourages certain fruits for their benefits. It's the balance that does the job, not just any one particular element. Yeah, if you pig out on figs and prunes every minute, I doubt it will work for you! Check out the suggested portions for your gender and ethnicity, in the book. Good luck, sc
