Re: Wheat lectins in hepatic or splenic flexure

HI -

Most assuredly, we all most likely have those nasty little paste balls clogging up the hepatic or splenic flexure areas. After years and years of eating wheat flour based products, I can just imagine the paste-turned-concrete blocks in the colon bends. So, how does one flush these out? Is there an O friendly method of colon cleansing? The ones I have seen have psyllium or aloe - no-no's. Is there a better answer? Will epsom salt, water and lemon juice break these up? (Those Liquid Plumber commercials really hit home to me here). I am assuming that ER4 on a continuing basis will eventually help but is there something that will enhance the process of cleansing?

Probably been answered before, but I think it deserves another go for all the new O's who need to know.

Thanks Mr. Wizard, you're the best!!!!
Jan
