although eating kelp is benificial...The purpose of the specific use of Bladderwrack and more specific Fucus Vesiculosus is for weight loss in O typle only. It helps with thyroid and metabolism. Also I dont think the amount of grain alchol is enough to pose any problems unless you are very sensitive to the avoids. At this point I'm just trying to stay away from wheat and dairy. Boy it is tough.
