Hi Connie - As always you will find the best in support and information for this eating program on the board. Everyone has given such wonderful tips I just wanted to add a few thoughts from my experience. It been about 10-12 weeks for me ...never felt better and feel like I am in the best of shape but still have about 15-20 lbs to lose.
From the first day (I swear) that I cut out the biggees - wheat-corn-potatoes I felt the change immediately. Lots of energy so much energy that excerising (walking everyday) never was a second thought. To this day (except for a week OFF the boat) I have followed avoiding the avoids and try to fit that walk in - I have not lost one pound but I haven't gain any either. My clothes though are feeling lose and I have toned up and lost inches. It still amazes me- I feel the best I ever have...just three days ago I have added taebo and that to me is a great work out and SO much fun!!
