Hi all you o's out there! I just bought Dr. D's book and am a newbie. Because beach season is just around the corner, I would really appreciate tips from any of you more expreienced o's on how to jump start some weight loss. I have about forty pounds to lose (YIKES!). Also, I am a bit confused about dairy. In the book, it says that caucasions can have small amounts of certain dairy (cheese or yogurt) 0 to 3 times per week. Yet some of the posts seem to indicate that dairy is a total avoid. Help!
