Donna 0- Jan, I've had good results with MSM. My pH is where it's supposed to be thanks to MSM. My low energy improved and a weird teeth-staining problem was corrected. I haven't experienced the symptoms you mentioned. How long have you been taking it? Cindy, MSM is biological sulfur - Methylsulfonylmethane.
