Hi Dorothy! I am unclear on the whole water issue myself and was hoping to get more information too I posted a new msg, maybe Dr. D., Steve or anyone who has more information will respond. I don't recall where I read about distilled water removing inorganic minerals which would be healthy, so I don't have a reference at this time.
