There are more types of tofu as to the way they produce it. Maybe you are not sensitive to all of them? Because it does not seem you are sensitive to soy if you can eat other soy products without intolerance reactions. Maybe it is because you ate tofu too often in the past and if you skip it for a month or so, it will be well tolerated again.
