Tofu and Digestive Problems

I stopped having tofu for 4 days to test it as a food allergy, since even though I love it, I've always had some stomach problems when I eat it. So I took the 4 days off as an allergy test, and when I reintroduced it tonight, I got (have) a bad stomach ache, and my food is coming up. Does this sound like an allergy? It seems that none of the type A foods agree with me. I don't know what to eat!

But, I did have soy cheese and Boca Burgers during the 4 day period, and I didn't have a problem. So I guess that would mean I didn't truly eliminate tofu, and this whole post is probably moot. But why would tofu bother me, and not the soy cheese or Boca Burgers?

Any ideas?
