Hi Barbara! I messed up over the holidays too but not badly. I ate anything I wanted for 4 days. It took me three weeks to loose what I gained in those 4 days. I suggest that you just keep pumping in the meat and raw veggies. By eating the meat you will not have the cravings for the bad things. If you crave a forbidden, eat meat and wait a while. Soon the cravings for the forbidden will go away. Eliminate all sweets and wheat, get them out of your house!! Start exercising more. Hope this helps.
