How do I get back on the diet?

I'm an O who has been using the ER4Type diet successfully for a year. I lost 30 lbs., exercised regularly, was rid of all pains, and felt mentally and emotionally the best I had maybe ever. Then came Holiday treats, and I have gained back 10 pounds, and though I know I need to get through at least 4 days eating only beneficial foods, and then continue to stay away from the neutrals and avoids, I can't seem to do it. My job is high stress at the moment; my work routine makes regular anything difficult. I think I could use a support group. Any suggestions?
