You probably right about the carb feast. When I go on mine, my saliva
and urine ph turns to acid, but I noticed when I really stick to the ERFYT,
my ph is normal. I really can't explain this because all of the proteins are listed as high acid foods. The only thing I can figure out is that it
may be the combination of foods. This is only a guess. but would like
to find out from somebody more intelligent than I.
