I posted this yesterday, but it got erased, so here I am again. I was just wondering, as a type A, if it wouldn't be good to eat goat cheese instead of soy cheese once in a while. I eat so many soy based products now, and I seem to be becoming sensitive to them. Also, all the soy cheeses I see have so much other garbage in them, like corn starch, citric acid, etc.
I do feel better without dairy, but does goat cheese cause the same problems as cow cheese? (Mucous, headaches, digestive problems, etc.) I'm not lactose intolerant, so I was just wondering if goat cheese would be better. It just seems like a nice, whole food, as compared to soy cheese. Just goat milk, enzymes, and salt.
Thanks for the help.
