Regarding the Oat Flour. It's status is Avoid/Neutral, which means that it is neutral unless you are trying to lose weight or have an inflammatory problem or disease, then it is avoid.
Oatmeal is one of those items on the list (along with bananas) that O's should eat if they're trying to gain weight.
