Lois, I also have all four types in my family. I am the AB, my husband is O. First daughter is B and second daughter is A. My daughters are on their own now. But for years I had so much difficulty at mealtime. It seemed as though I had to prepare 4 dinners each night. We finally went totally vegatarian. Not the best for my husband I know now. But he doesn't buy into the blood type diet yet. My B daughter would eat meat away from home. I guess she had a better idea of what was good for her. The cookbook is very helpful for meal planning. Isn't it nice to know your not alone? Good luck. I am interested to hear more of your story.
