I'm an O+ who had much difficulty giving up crackers, corn chips, etc. I find that I can actually build up a sweat after eating several lbs. of red grapes, followed by a can of salmon and/or canned tuna and sardings. An inner heat, no kidding -- and this is a woman who NEVER uses air conditioning (I'm now in S. Florida!), lived in Atlanta too (brr) and you have to either take a hot bath to soak in, then put on layers (thermal undershirt, T-shirt, sweater, socks). Alas, 70 degrees is way too cold - it's got to be at least 76 or up for you to feel it being warmer. Worth a try! From a fellow cold blood....
