My husband had Periodontal disease (stage 4 & 5).
In December his dentist asked him what he was
doing different because all of it was healed!
What had he done? My husband & I both changed
how we eat. In September we both started eating
according to our *blood type*. His blood type is A.
My husband at 58 & has also had other very positive
changes since the dietary change. He's *very*
encouraged with all this. He lost 30 lb., stopped
snoring and needed to reduce his blood pressure
medicine. He had struggled to lose weight all his
adult life.
