Ed,
You have been such a support and mine of information to me and you have the BIGGEST heart around. I know that your bubble has burst right now but you can make a new and better bubble.
For years I have been in amazement with what MD's can get away with and yet when we find healthy ways to look after ourselves we are not supported. I believe in staying positive and asking yourself "How can I do ..... with this new hurdle in front of me". Keep asking with the expectation of the right answer and you will be honoured with a phenomenal response.
