Drink water, at least 64 ounces. I also cut back on carbohydrates, this seems to help me lose inches and eliminates that "bloated" feeling. Us O's are supposed to really exercise strenuously. I walk briskly 30 minutes each morning caring "heavy hands" (3 lb weights). I am 55 years of age and I don't have any cellulite any where now. Don't expect results over night, but it will happen if you exercise, get plenty of water, and follow the ER4YT eating plan. Cellulite is "trapped fat," the only way to get rid of it is to get your circulation stepped up - so exercise, drink water, and ER4YT! Drinking water is like taking a shower on the inside!!!!!
