The burning was really only on my face. And not only after exercising either. It would happen different times throughout the day, too. Anyway, I discovered that when I quit putting Stridex on my face at night, the burning did not happen! I didn't even think about the products I use on my face reacting with the oil coming out of my skin from the flax. Or something like that anyway! So no more stridex! I just got in the habit of using that stuff, ever since I was 16 or so LOL!!! :-) I'm now 30 and I guess I could stop!! :-) Take care all and thanks for the replies! God Bless and Good Health!

P.S. I have discovered that this month (beginning of the fifth month on the plan) that I am perpetually HAPPY, I mean, my moods have been so great, I have a much more positive outlook on life, and there's really nothing that great going on! It's just an over all (almost overwhelming) happiness I've never experienced before...hopefully because of being healthier !! I couldn't have gotten a whole lot sicker ... I was an emaciated vegan (O) for 12 years! Oh how unhealthy! (this will have to do for my goal buster report for the week 'cause I'm going out of town for a few days) Take care, thanks for listening!
