Thank you so much! This should proove to be some interesting reading.
I look foreward to trying that salad dressing recipe if / when you run across it.
My main concern though is not just garlic...
I am loking for how dehydrating effects all of the fruits and vegetables in general. Yes, I know it removes the moisture.... But if it turns grapes (A-neutral) to raisins (A-beneficial), I am looking to find what other fruits / vegetables it will cause to go from one catagory to another... mostly worried about turning any HB or neutral into an avoid..... and wanting to know if it will turn tomatoes (A - avoid) into possibly a neutral.
Anyone's knowledge (or theories) in this matter is greately appreciated!
