Hello Peter!! Hope you and your family are doing well, if you see your father please give him my best. I swear that just seeing him gives me energy. I was wondering I went on the AB diet at age 5 in 1975, and grew up on it. Needless to say it had a miraculous effect on me wiping away the problems I was having at the time. I adhered to the diet until age 13 in 1983 at that time I found myself slowly drifting off it until at age 18 I ate just about anything that I wanted. I am now 29 and I long to be back on the diet and am easeing my self back on it. I was wondering though since we both probably grew up on similar diets, eating alot of tofu, is it possable that all this tofu in my formative years could lead to (now please excuse my spelling) gynocomastia. I have read about estrogen levels and tofu I was wondering if there is some corralation? I also hear my good friend Tony might come see you. Excellent!
