I walk briskly and carry "heavy hand" weights for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week. I have some back problems that prevent me from jogging. I love getting up at 4:00 a.m. in the morning and getting my workout done - helps to supply the energy I need to began my 8:00 a.m. work day! By the way, I am an O+.
