Robin I had to LOL at your post. The ol Ben and Jerry's huh? You sound
like me. Except me being an A the roast beef would do a number on my
colon so I would have gone with some roast turkey instead. But you are
right. If I get that craving for carbs and eat protein instead, I am
fine.
