Ok, I take it back, and now say I don't know - although I distinctly remember reading that (because there's also a recipie in the 1st book for granola for O's and it's made of rolled oats, and that struck me as very odd, so I looked for that exact info), I just went to that part of the website and now I can't find it... either it's been archived since or I'm losing my mind. Both of which are entirely possible.
