Hi Ed --
11 Years old might be too early for the onset of menses. But that didn't just start lately. That was the age for me -- 11 and that was way back in 1941. I also stopped menstruating at age 40. My whole timetable is screwed up and so is everything else. I was brought up mostly on milk, milk products and grains because meat was unaffordable back in the 30's for my family. It became the "normal" way of eating. My childhood was a disaster of one illness after another -- all within the space of three years (ages 3-6) and in that time I spent almost no time out of bed. Thereafter it was constant colds, and or allergic attacks, and while I was married, miscarriages. Occasionally I know what it is like to feel well, not tired, but until ER4YT those days were rare. Now I look to a brighter future -- the good days are beginning to accumulate!
Thanks for all you give us.
