I came across a book that suggested eating meat rare because the liver thrives on sodium. The book states: "A person who eats few vegetable and much over cooked meat has a sodium starved liver." I have always hated bloody meat, but I am going to try not to over cook it. Do you have any knowledge on what is the best way to eat and cook meat?
I would appreciate any feedback on this subject. I have looked through the archived messages and couldn't find anything about how you should cook or eat meat.
Thanks, Renee
