Food lists or CR4YT?

In Response To: Eek, my favorite food is an avoid! (Steve Shapiro)

Steve,

Should I consider your food lists more accurate than Cook Right for Your Type? I do refer to your lists over ER4YT as I know yours is the more recently updated.

Also, I don't mean to be critical since you are doing a great service to us all, but I think you are a little over-strict in your classifications of Avoids. For instance, psyllium. I've combed this site and all Dr. D says is, basically, "Os are more likely to experience bloating and may want to try something else." To me, that doesn't equal an avoid, though I can see why someone who was dealing with a chronic illness would not want to take chances.

Best,

Sonia
