Question about Oat Flour for O's

Posted By: Kristin M - "O"
Date: Wednesday, 3 February 1999, at 12:30 p.m.

I see that oat flour is listed as an "avoid" for us "O" blood
types, but there is a receipe in Dr. D's first book for Carob Chip
Cookies and it calls for either oat or rice (?) flour.
Is oat flour ok or not?
I won't use it, but would like to know if anyone can tell me?
Thanks...
