The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
ER4YT confirmed inversely

Most of you know or get checked your blood type and then start the diet. It may sound strange, but I have done that the other way round.
I knew my father was an O and my mother AB. It meant I could be only A or B. I wrote down the AVOIDs and HBs for both groups, choose the foods that were different in both (e. g. what is an AVOID for A's and HB for B's etc.), looked at them and decided: I must be an A, because of my sensitivities to the B's HB foods. A month later (in December), I got my blood group checked. I was not surprised: the A was confirmed. Just thought it could be interesting for you.
