I eat jellies and jams from acceptable fruits. But they have corn syrup in them, don't they? Maybe that is what it is. I eat mainly Ezekiel (HB) and rye (N)breads, little or no white flour, and on the rare occasions I fry chicken, I use soy flour (N). Breakfast usually consists of the aforementioned breads. I use regular sugar after I read here that Aspartame was potentially dangerous. My carb intake has been lowered drastically. Oh well.............
